UP NCPAG Student Council The UP NCPAG Student Council is the highest student governing body in UP Diliman NCPAG. The NCPAG-SG adheres to the following principles:

The right of every Filipino to education must be recognized
b. The academic freedom must be exercised in the college. The student government should be autonomous, democratic and participative. Students’ rights should be vigilantly promoted and protected. Governance and public administration shall be important tools in promoting and ensuring social justice in order to realize positive transformatio

n in Philippine society. The NCPAG-SG is committed to the attainment of the following objectives:

a. Serve as the forum of the sentiments and interests of students of the UP-NCPAG. Develop the students’ potentials to the fullest . Harness the unity of the students of the UP-NCPAG through the institutionalization of the participatory process in decision making and collective actions on issues concerning the college, the university, the country and the global community. Promote ethics and accountability in public service.

Pagbati, mga bagong Lingkod-bayan! 💛💙

Tara na’t magbalik-tanaw 👀 sa nagdaang NGAGE 2026: ‘Suhay’ Haligi ng Pamamahala!

Mula sa pagpapakilala ng iba’t ibang organisasyon ng Kolehiyo sa kanilang sarili hanggang sa pagpapanawagan natin para sa mas mataas na pondo ng edukasyon at mabuting pamamahala, maalab nating sinalubong ang ating mga bagong Iskolar ng Bayan. ✊🏼

Higit pa sa mga larawan at alaala 🫂, bitbit natin sa pagpapatuloy ang mga bagong koneksyon, karanasan, at aral na nabuo sa NGAGE. Kaya’t sa bawat hakbang na tatahakin natin, nawa'y manatiling buhay sa bawat isa ang diwa ng paglilingkod para sa bayan. Dahil sa gitna ng walang habas na pangungurakot, pangingikil, at pagpatay ng estado, tayong lahat ang siyang tunay na daan sa pagkamit ng henuwino at tapat na pamamahala! 🏛️❤️‍🔥

Naging matagumpay ang isinagawang First Week Rage 2026 sa kabila ng malakas na ulan kaninang umaga. Sa Bulwagang Palma, nagkasa ng mobilisasyon ang komunidad ng UP dala dala ang panawagan laban sa Pax Silica at ₱2.95 bilyong pagbawas sa badyet ng UP System.

Habang sa NCPAG Student Lounge naman, nagtipon-tipon ang mga lingkod-bayan upang makiisa sa isang maikling Educational Discussion patungkol sa Pax Silica. Iginiit naman dito ang kahalagahan ng militansyang pagkilos at pagtutol sa imperyalismo—na kagyat nito ang pagkakaroon ng isang tunay na nasyonal na industriyalisasyon at soberanya. Pagkatapos ay nakiisa ang NCPAG Student Council sa pang-apat na araw ng IskoOps sa Pook Dagohoy.

Sa harap ng lumalalang krisis sa edukasyon, lalo na sa budget cuts, at ang patuloy na pagyurak sa ating mga karapatan, hindi natin hahayaang manahimik ang Iskolar ng Bayan. Oras na para pag-isahin ang ating galit at maglingkod nang buong-tapang sa sambayanan!

Inaanyayahan ng UP NCPAG Student Council ang lahat ng Lingkod-Bayan na makiisa sa FIRST WEEK RAGE ngayong Agosto 14 (Biyernes). SA GITNA NG KRISIS AT SAKUNA, ILAAN ANG PONDO SA BAYAN, HINDI SA BULSA NG NAGTATAKSIL SA BAYAN!

Unang linggo ng pang-akademikong taong 2026-2027 subalit sakuna at kalamidad ang sumalubong sa mga Iskolar ng Bayan. Hindi man bago ang taunang pag-ulan sa komunidad ng UP, ngunit sa bawat taong lumilipas ay nararanasan natin ang paglala ng mga ito.

Habang patuloy ang pagbaha sa iba’t ibang mga lugar, paglubog ng mga kabahayan sa ating mga komunidad, at pagkawala ng kuryente sa ating mga dormitoryo, nananatiling walang ginagawa ang mga nasa tuktok. Ang mga karanasang ito ay hindi hiwalay sa danas ng buong sambayanang Pilipino.

Katumbas ng bawat patak ng ulan ang katiwalian na nangyayari sa loob ng ating gobyerno. Mula sa mga huwad na flood control projects, sa walang pananagutan ng hari at reyna ng korapsyon na sina Marcos Jr. at Sara Duterte, hanggang sa pandarambong ng imperyalistang US. Ang bawat buhay na nawawala ay hindi bunsod ng kawalan ng kahandaan ng mga Pilipino, kundi dahil sa kanilang kapabayaan.

Nakalipas na ang isang taon mula nang pumutok ang isyu ng korapsyon sa SONA ni Marcos Jr., ngunit wala pa ring napapanagot hanggang ngayon. Kung mayroon mang pag-unlad, ito ang pagdami ng mapanirang proyekto ng gobyerno sa ating kalikasan upang patabain lang lalo ang bulsa ng iilan.

Kung kaya't, bumagyo man o umaraw, may pasok man o wala, buhay ang diwang palaban ng mga Iskolar ng Bayan.
