The programs and services are all open to all UP students free of charge. Regular counseling hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We follow the same schedule for requests for psychological testing or group activities. Students are encouraged to set an appointment with their counselors through this page. However, students can also avail of walk-in counseling sessions during office h

ours only. All counseling sessions are kept confidential. The Guidance Services Specialists (GSS) are professionally trained and licensed to practice counseling and guidance.
