K-Culture in the Classroom: Navigating Copyright for K-Pop, Film, and Media in Academic Settings
Join us for an insightful discussion on integrating Korean media into academic spaces responsibly!
Following our campus celebration of Hangeul Week, this session highlights how K-Pop, K-Dramas, and Korean film have become popular materials for classroom learning and campus events and why understanding the boundaries of copyright and fair use is essential. We will showcase the Window on Korea Collection (WOK) as a primary resource for Korean language, culture, and media research while providing practical guidance on legal media consumption and copyright compliance within the Ateneo community.
