The Ateneo Center for Educational Development, in partnership with BagoSphere, conducted a Grounded Leaders Program for supervisors and school heads from DepEd's Division of Science in the City of Muñoz last September. This program is designed to help school leaders cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and purpose while developing practical coaching and problem-solving skills.

On Friday, 15 August 2025, Ateneo de Manila University, through the Ateneo Center for Educational Development (ACED), hosted the culminating activity for the Certificate in Educational Studies in Leadership (CESL) and ceremonial memorandum of agreement (MOA) signing for the Mentoring Future Leaders for Nation Building Program. The program and the MOA build on a long partnership between Ateneo, the Department of Education (DepEd), Security Bank Corporation (SBC), and Security Bank Foundation, Inc (SBFI), and also reaffirm the collective resolve of all involved to nurture transformative leaders dedicated to uplifting the quality of education across the Philippines.

We encourage science teachers in public schools in NCR to attend Schools Unlimited, the Educational Conference of the 36th International Biology Olympiad. Six international educators and scientists, who are also jury members of the IBO, will be hosting seminars/workshops on three themes, namely:
1) Using Technology in Biology Classrooms, Despite Limited Resources
2) Strengthening Research Techniques Teaching and Training for Public School Students
3) Difficult Biology Concepts Made Easy
Schools Unlimited: IBO 2025 Educational Conference will be held on the Ateneo de Manila University campus on 25 July 2025 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Certificates of participation will be given to all attendees.
