TALAB - Talakayang Alay sa Bayan

An event from October 15-30, 2024 aimed at providing students an opportunity to reflect on the various issues confronting the nation.

🍀

Rooted in the spirit of Lux in Domino, Talakayang Alay sa Bayan (TALAB) is Ateneo's annual alternative learning program that brings the community together to engage with Filipino realities through dialogue, reflection, and action towards the common good.

There are stories that can only be truly heard when we choose to walk alongside one another. ❤️‍🩹

From October 13 to 31, TALAB 2025 embraced the theme 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 as a call to move beyond awareness and into solidarity.

As we look back on TALAB 2025 through these snapshots, we remember the conversations that challenged us and our shared commitment to accompany those on the margins. May the conversations we began through TALAB continue long after its end. 🤝

Here's to continuing the journey towards solidarity this October. See you at TALAB 2026!
