The UP International Center Association (UPICA) is the in-house association of the International Center which houses about 140 student-residents from 20 countries this academic year. UPICA is an organization providing venues for its members to develop close relationships with each other; to express their thoughts freely and responsibly; to cultivate world leaders; and to become an outstanding international organization in UP Diliman.

The Youth for Human Rights and Democracy (Y4HRD) invites you to join the webinar on "Youth Reclaiming Democracy in Asia" on July 11 at 10:00-11:30 AM (PST/HKST).

The session recognizes the emergence of populism and complex authoritarianism in the region and it hopes to convene young activists and advocates in Asia, whose causes are centered on democracy and human rights; to unite and to provide an avenue and a safe space to listen, learn and lead through understanding the different models of democracy, experiences and challenges; and to foster solidarity among youth groups, organizations, and civil society groups
in Asia to strengthen meaningful and strategic youth activism.
