Conserving your mobile data? Detecting open connections around? They’re all tempting – we can relate 😖

According to Kaspersky, a cybersecurity company, “the biggest threat to free Wi-Fi security is the ability for the hacker to position himself between you and the connection point.”

And when that happens, it’s basically:
💻you and your info being sent to ➡️ 👿the hacker ➡️ 🛜before the hotspot

So here are some general reminders the next time you use public Wi-Fi:
1️⃣Assume they are inherently insecure until proven otherwise
2️⃣Avoid these online activities (see the image in this post!)
