Now Happening!

The Department of Education Schools Division Office of Quezon City and Editor’s Current organized the 3rd Campus Journalism Workshop with the theme “PRESS FORWARD: From Campus to Community — Reporting with Responsibility” in partnership with Diliman College and is currently being held at The Hub.

The event brings together young journalists from various public and private schools across Quezon City, including the participation of our very own Dilimanians, for a day of learning, collaboration, and responsible storytelling.

We are also honored to welcome Ms. Bernadette Reyes of GMA Network as keynote speaker for this meaningful gathering of future media practitioners and changemakers—leaving a powerful reminder that journalism, when done with responsibility, has the power to inform, inspire, and ignite change beyond the newsroom.

Joining her are other distinguished speakers who will also share their expertise and insights in the field of journalism and media: Mr. Bam Alegre, GMA News Reporter; Ms. Inee Hugado, School Paper Adviser and Winning Journalism Trainer from SDO Marikina City; Mr. Luke Cerdenia, Former Campus Journalism Chief Editor; and Mr. Sanjoe Pepito, President of District 3 Editors Guild.

Together, they continue to inspire and shape young campus journalists—transforming learners into leaders who are ready to report with integrity, purpose, and responsibility for the community and beyond.
