This is open to engineers, architects, construction managers, construction executives and business owners, and personnel with related work experiences.

The Professional Certificate in Construction Management (PCCM), one of the training programs offered by the Professional Engineering Training Division of the National Engineering Center, has been developed to equip engineers, architects, construction managers, construction executives and business owners, and personnel with related work experiences with the basic project management skills, knowledge, tools and techniques necessary for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of construction projects, and business knowledge needed to run an effective construction company.

Recognizing the need to build and complete successful construction projects and become more competitive and effective catalysts of social change, seven PCCM modules have been created, as shown below:
PCCM 1: Project Management in the Construction Industry
PCCM 2: Construction Project Supervision
PCCM 3: Construction Materials and Process Quality Control
PCCM 4: Construction Project Cost Estimating and Analysis
PCCM 5: Construction Project Scheduling and Analysis
PCCM 6: Construction Contract Management
PCCM 7: Environment, Safety, and Health in Construction

A Certificate of Completion will be given to participants after completing each PCCM Module. On the other hand, a Professional Certificate in Construction Management will be awarded to participants who have completed the full program (PCCM 1-7) and passed the Professional Certification Examination.

Maaaring magpadala ng nominasyon ang mga opisina o akademikong yunit sa UPD.

Ayon sa SWF-UPD, ang magwawagi ay makatatanggap ng tropeo at premyong PHP 60,000.

“UP Diliman (UPD) posted a 100% passing rate in the May 2026 Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination, according to the data posted at the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) website.

“Not only that, three of the nine first-time examinees from UPD placed first, fourth, and seventh, respectively, in the list of passers who garnered high scores.”
