The PUP ROTC Unit – Quezon City Branch extends its heartfelt congratulations and deepest appreciation to COL ABRAHAM M GALLANGI JR GSC (INF) PA, former Commandant of the PUP ROTC Unit – Quezon City Branch, on the occasion of his retirement from military service.
