129 years ago, a spark was lit in Bagumbayan that changed our history forever. Today, 30 December 2025, we honor the martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal.
Let his sacrifice be our standard of service. We don't just remember his name; we live out his principles in every step of our training.

β€Ž On 14 December 2025, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City Reserve Officers' Training Corps (PUPQC ROTC) successfully conducted its 10th Training Day.
β€Ž
β€Ž The training day started with the arrival of the Training Staffs Maj Jose Florante F Singson PROF PA (Res), Sgt Lourence Roy Olayres PA (Res), Pvt Abraham John Alarcon PA (Res) and COCCs.
β€Ž
Basic ROTC Cadets arrived at 0800H and then formed into their platoon for accounting of troops and for their lecture inside the chapel. The Basic ROTC Cadets went to the chapel where Sgt Lourence Roy Olayres PA (Res) started his lecture about Philippine Military History. After the lecture, a battalion formation was conducted for the final headcount of the Basic ROTC Cadets and afterwards, a breaktime was given to the Basic ROTC Cadets.

β€Ž The PUPQC ROTC Unit's 10th training was successfully completed at 1100H with valuable insights about Philippine Military History and no incident occured.

β€Ž On 07 December 2025, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City Reserve Officers' Training Corps (PUPQC ROTC) successfully conducted its 9th Training Day.
β€Ž
β€Ž The training day started with the arrival of the Training Staffs Sgt Ruvy M Silvosa PA (Res), Sgt Easter Gyle Tangente PA (Res), and Pvt Abraham John Alarcon PA (Res) and COCCs.
β€Ž
β€Ž Basic ROTC Cadets arrived at 0800H prepared to practice basic phasing, drills, and ceremonies ex*****on. MAJ JOSE FLORANTE F SINGSON PROF PA (RES) arrived to lecture cadet officers and cadets focusing on Introduction to Infantry Operations 1 followed by the instructions from the Training Staffs before ending the training day.

β€Ž The PUPQC ROTC Unit's 9th training was successfully completed at 1149H with understanding infantry's role in military operations, including its mission, vision, and goals.
