The 2026 IBBY Honour List was formally recognized at the Honour List Ceremony and Exhibition held during the 40th IBBY World Congress in Ottawa, Canada.

Celebrating 70 years of excellence, the IBBY Honour List recognizes outstanding children’s books from around the world. The 2026 selection features 191 exceptional books from 59 countries in 52 languages.

Congratulations to our Filipino honorees! Your talent and dedication continue to bring Philippine children’s literature to the world. Mabuhay ang panitikang pambata ng Pilipinas!

The Huawei Watch Face Design Competition is an international design competition open to university students in the Asia-Pacific region. The initiative invites students to create smartwatch watch face designs, with selected works receiving recognition and potential prizes, as well as promotional exposure for both the students and their institution.

Students of the College of Fine Arts who are interested to join the Huawei Watch Face Design Competition 2026, are encouraged to attend the online orientation on August 4 at 3pm for more information.
