UP Career Assistance Program

UP Career Assistance Program The UP Career Assistance Program is a service organization based in the University of the Philippines that caters to the students of VSB and SE.

To fulfill our objectives we have numerous activities in store for the soon-to-be job seeker. With the assistance of resource persons from top companies, we conduct mock interviews and seminars to familiarize students with current hiring procedures and practices. We compile and print materials which help the job seeker with resume formats, cover letters, interview questions, and the like. We also

publish a compendium of the resumes of the registrants, copies of which are sent to partner firms seeking new hires. Ultimately, UP CAP's success is based on the fulfilling careers that our participants will select. Currently, the entire organization is composed of around 160 UP CAP members, all devoted to servicing more than 1000 BS BA, BS BAA, BS BE, and BS Economics students. We are also aiming to help younger undergraduates of the aforementioned courses to explore and discover their options and choose the perfect career path early on in their stay in college. Benjamin Ng

We officially kicked off our career assistance journey last August 25 with CAPwa: The CAPamilya Acquaintance Party & Welcoming Assembly.

Last August 25, our CAPamilya gathered at the College of Business Administration to kick off a brand new year with CAPwa: The CAPamilya Acquaintance Party & Welcoming Assembly.

Seeing everyone bring so much heart and enthusiasm to day one set the perfect tone for what lies ahead. As we step into our roles, we can’t wait to collaborate, innovate, and bring our biggest flagship events to life alongside each and every one of our you this year.
