: The UP Diliman Office of the University Registrar (OUR) has released the updated Shifting and Transferring (S&T) guidelines and requirements for AY 2026-2027.

Application period:
T2: June 1 to June 30, 2026 (5PM)
S1, S2, and T1: Depending on the college

Note:
The Google Form for applications (submission bin) will open starting JUNE 1 (MONDAY). For now, aspiring applicants are advised to complete all the requirements.

We request active undergraduate IE students to answer this course demand survey for Midyear AY 2025-2026.

The Department will use this survey to estimate the demand of its IE students for non-major and cognate courses for the Midyear.

Should other Offering Units request a list of students that must be enlisted in their courses, this survey will serve as the source of that list.

Students who intend to take a Math 2x series subject, ES 1, or IE 193 during the upcoming Midyear are required to answer this survey. For all other students, answering this survey is optional
