With profound sadness, we bid our farewell to Assistant Prof. JOERWIN N. BALUTE, our beloved Head of Student Services.

Sir Joey dedicated his life to serving the PUP Ragay Campus community with compassion, integrity, and unwavering commitment. His kindness, humility, and genuine concern for students and colleagues have touched many lives and will always be remembered.

Though he is no longer with us, his legacy of service and the countless lives he inspired will continue to live on in our hearts.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. May they find comfort and strength during this time of sorrow, and may God grant Sir. Joey eternal peace.
