𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃, 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐀 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐒 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃: 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐊𝐈𝐂𝐊-𝐎𝐅𝐅

Guided by this spirit of purpose and stewardship, Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation of Legazpi City (MPCF-LC) officially launched its MANA Mo 2026 celebration through PAG-ANGKLA 2026, held on September 4, 2026, at the MPCF-LC Main Campus. Anchored on the theme “Karapatan sa Karagatan, Sama-sama Nating Alagaan,” the gathering brought together the Mariners community and invited stakeholders in a meaningful celebration of the sea, its resources, and the communities whose lives and livelihoods are deeply connected to it.

The opening assembly featured discussions on coastal livelihoods, aquatic resources, marine biodiversity, and the protection of Albay Gulf, emphasizing the shared responsibility to preserve the marine environment. The event also unveiled the MANA Mo 2026 Institutional Calendar and featured symbolic rites, including “Pagtali sa Salbabida” and “Boses sa Botelya,” where participants expressed their commitments to protecting and caring for the sea.

More than an opening celebration, PAG-ANGKLA 2026 aimed to bring greater awareness, responsibility, and action for ocean protection. Through MANA Mo 2026, Mariners continues to inspire its students and stakeholders to turn awareness into action, knowledge into stewardship, and commitment into lasting change.
Because for every Mariner, the sea is more than a destination, it is a home, a source of life, and a legacy entrusted to us all.
