FAQ: As new student, maaari po ba akong mag-apply and enroll sa parating na 2nd Trimester?

Yes, maaari po kayong mag apply at enrol sa ICCT Colleges bilang new student. Mag-apply through online portal – https://skolaris.icct.edu.ph para sa campuses ng Antipolo, Sumulong, Cogeo, Taytay, Binangonan at Digital Campuses; o sa AIMS Portal https://sms.icct.edu.ph for Cainta and San Mateo Campuses.

Maaari na rin po tayong mag-WALK-IN para i-submit ang mga admission requirements from September to November. Classes start on December 3, 2026.

FAQ: Ano po ang SIP Orientation at gaano ka-importante eto?

Bilang studyante, marapat na guided po tayo sa lahat ng processo tulad ng Student Internship Program. Eto ay isang programa para sa lahat ng students na kailangan ng mag-undergo ng Internship, On-the-Job/OJT, Practium, Practise Teaching or Industry Immersion base sa inyong PROSPECTUS. Ang una sa guidelines, KAILANGAN PO TAYONG MAG-ATTEND NG SIP ORIENTATION para ma-enroll ang SIP subject/s sa parating na semester/trimester period. Eto ay ginaganap bago mag-MIDTERM EXAM ng kasalukuyang semester/trimester period. I-follow or ugaliing magbasa ng Student Advisory sa ating official FBpage (www.facebook.com/IM4ICCT) para sa malaman ang SIP Orientation Schedule at pre-registration process.

Through the SIP Orientation, malalaman po nating ang tamang CDJP procedure and school policies, mula sa approval ng SIP, pag-hahanap at apply ng HTE, accreditation & MOA/MOU ng HTE, duties and responsibilities ng student at HTE, documentations / narrative report kasama ang Certificate of Completion (CoC) and SIP Evaluation (Grades from the HTE mentor/supervisor), etc.

Kung ang inyong SIP/OJT subject/s ay nakatala sa susunud na semester/trimester period, it means, qualified or kailangan mo ng mag attend ng SIP Orientation para malaman ang mga preparation and documents, kasama pati ang evaluation and approval process. Ang enlistment ng SIP subjects ay naka-base po eto sa pagsunud sa guidelines. Sa Career Development & Job Placement Office or CDJP Office located at Cainta Main Campus lamang po maaaring mag-accomplish ng documents, MOA at anumang requirements from the HTE/Host Training Establishments. Ang SIP processing fee naman ay binabayaran lamang po eto mula sa inyong student portal sa halagang P600 at singuraduhing nakapag-attend na po tayo ng SIP Orientation bago magbayad ng SIP processing fee.

Para sa anumang katanungan, maaari po tayo mag-inquire sa CDJP Office from Monday to Saturday except Holidays, 7AM to 7PM or call (02)7001.4228 local 606/609.

FAQ: Ano at para saan ang REFERENCE NUMBER kapag magbabayad ng fees sa ICCT Colleges?

Ang REFERENCE NUMBER (RF) na maaaring i-generate mula sa inyong student portal account at gagamitin kung kayo ay nagbabayad thru our Online Payments - GCASH, ECPAY, PALAWANPAY at 7.ELEVEN/CLIQQ; ginagamit ang RF para maging REATIME na papasok ang inyong binayad sa naturang online payment apps.

Tandaan lamang po na kapag gumamit ng RF sa pagababayad, siguraduhin tama rin ang inyong name, student ID number, AMOUNT at REFERENCE NUMBER para maiwasan na hinid maging successful ang transaction mo or error para makapagbayad. Ika nga, ugaliin nai-check kung tama lahat ngentries na nilagay mo.

Makatatangap po kayo agad ng ICCT Info text once na nag reflect na ang binayad mo sa iyong ACCOUNTS menu ng student portal.

Kung sakali na hindi eto nag reflect within 24 hours, maaari laman png tumawag sa Accounting Office (02)7955.6284 local 100 or email [email protected]

HINDI po kailangan ng REFERENCE NUMBER kung kayo ay magbabayad sa ating accredidted payment centers na Mlhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, Unionbank, and PBB – Cainta Branch. Manual reporting ang mga eto kaya within 2 to 3 days bago mag reflect ang inyon binayad sa Student Portal or once encoded saka lang kayo makakatangap ng ICCT Info text.

SIP ORIENTATION
Policy, Guidelines & Application Process
2nd Trimester AY2026-2027

All students intending to enroll in OJT, Intership or Practicum courses for the 2nd Trimester of AY2026-2027 are required to attend the SIP Orientation scheduled on October 5 to 10, 2026, at the ICCT Theatre, Cainta Main Campus.

Important Reminders: Each session is limited to 700 participants, and the registration deadline is on September 22, 2026; e-mail confirmation is NOT REQUIRED.

Attendance is mandatory. Students who fail to attend the orientation will NOT be eligible to enroll in any OJT/SIP courses for the 2nd Trimester of AY2026-2027.

SIP Evaluation Period: October 22 to November 14, 2026
SIP Fee Payment Deadline: November 17, 2026

STUDENT ADVISORY: Pursuant to Malacañang Palace Memorandum Circular No. 135, please be advised that ALL ONSITE CLASSES ARE SUSPENDED today, September 10, 2026 at all ICCT Colleges campuses in Rizal Province.

Classes are shifted to ONLINE SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING MODALITY. Please refer to your class schedule, Zoom links, and instructions provided through your respective Google Classroom and/or Blackboard LMS.

Meanwhile, all offices, student transactions and online services will remain OPEN from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
