Leadership isn’t about holding a position and simply performing the duties that come with it. Leadership is about leading by example, encouraging everyone to step forward, and becoming a role model for every student.

For me, a leader should set a standard—not because they are perfect, but because they are willing to do their best and become someone others can look up to and follow. A leader does not have to be perfect. What matters is being responsible, consistent, approachable, and willing to learn and improve.

Leadership means standing with others, not above them. It means encouraging others to participate, giving them the confidence to step forward, and creating an environment where everyone feels that they have a place and a voice.

I may not have all the answers, and I may not be perfect, but I am willing to listen, learn, take responsibility, and serve.

I am John Christhian Ernest T. Cocollo, and running for the position of Business Manager. I am stepping forward with the willingness to serve, contribute, and take on the responsibility that comes with this position.

Leadership is not about being the perfect example. It is about being someone who is willing to set an example, inspire others, and walk with them.

Lead with purpose. Listen with sincerity. Serve with heart. 🤝

Looking for someone who doesn’t just take notes, but actually takes action? Someone who turns student concerns into real receipts? 🧾✨

Hi, Giants! I am PRINCESS NOILYN GANANCIOS, your 3rd Year AB Political Science student, and I am running as your USSG GENERAL SECRETARY! 🩵

From serving as SSG President, leading local youth organizations, to maintaining academic excellence since JHS—puno na po ang resume, pero ready pa ring maglingkod nang buong puso! 📈

Why vote for Ganancios?
📌 Accountability Begins with Accuracy – Proper record-keeping, zero gatekeeping. Transparet at maaasahang organisasyon!
📌 Every Student Voice: Documented, Heard, & Actioned – Hindi lang basta “Noted with thanks.” Nakatala, itinutulak, at ginagawan ng solusyon!
📌 An Informed Studentry is an Empowered Studentry – Subok sa komunikasyon para updated ang bawat isa sa mga polisiya at reporma!

‘Wag nang manghula sa susunod na mamumuno. Piliin ang may resibo, kredibilidad, at totoong serbisyo! 🖊️🔥

✨ VOTE WISELY! VOTE PRINCESS NOILYN GANANCIOS FOR USSG GENERAL SECRETARY! ✨

A voice that connects, a heart that serves, and a leader who communicates. 🗣️✨

Hi everyone! 🙋
I'm running for the position of P.R.O. because I want to be the person who makes sure information actually reaches you, and that your ideas, questions, and concerns reach the officers too. Being P.R.O. isn't just about making announcements. It's about listening.

I can't promise I'll be perfect, but I can promise I'll show up, keep you in the loop, and work hard for everyone in this organization.

If you've ever felt like you missed out or your voice wasn't heard, I want to change that.

Your vote, your voice. Let's make it count! 🫶💙
