On Sunday, 20 September 2026, the Colegio de Montalban ROTC Unit conducted its 5th Training Day, focusing on military discipline, leadership, individual movement techniques, and the responsibilities expected of every cadet.
The training commenced with the formation of Cadet Officers, followed by the morning reveille and stretching exercises. Cadet Officers then proceeded with their inspection before the formation and accounting of the Basic Cadets.
The cadets participated in Drills and Ceremonies, strengthening their discipline, coordination, bearing, and teamwork through proper military movements and formations.
The cadets were then given an insightful discussion on ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐พ๐๐ฒ๐ (๐๐ ๐ง) led by our ๐๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ญ๐๐ง ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ข ๐ ๐ฃ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ (๐๐ก๐) ๐ฃ๐ and ๐ฆ๐ด๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐ก ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ผ (๐๐ป๐ณ) ๐ฃ๐, ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ก๐๐ข. Both instructors discussed different aspects of Individual Movement Techniques, providing the cadets with essential knowledge on proper movement, coordination, awareness, and techniques during military training.
The discussion continued with the ๐ญ๐ญ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ, also led by ๐ญ๐๐ง ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ข ๐ ๐ฃ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ (๐๐ก๐) ๐ฃ๐.. Video presentations showcasing activities conducted within the community were also presented, emphasizing the importance of leadership, teamwork, service, and responsibility beyond the training ground.
The training day concluded with important announcements and reminders, ensuring that all cadets were guided on their responsibilities and upcoming activities.
Under the guidance of ๐๐ฃ๐ง ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐ ๐ฆ ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ (๐ข๐ฆ) ๐ฃ๐, ROTC Commandant. With supervision of ๐/๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฃ๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐ก๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ช๐๐ก๐ (๐ฅ๐๐ง) ๐ ๐ก๐ฆ๐, ๐๐, CDM ROTC Coordinator, the training day concluded with cadets completing their training with final instructions and formation, capping off a day dedicated to growth and development.โโ
