Bagyong Crising may have caused heavy damage in Barangay San Jose and many parts of Montalban, Rizal, but it also showed how strong our bayanihan spirit is!

Together with our Triskelion brothers from SJCC Triskelion Cares led by GT Carl and Litex Triskelion led by GT Kiko, we teamed up to help the evacuees at San Jose National High School through a Feeding Activity that served 200 people.

Even with limited supplies, seeing the evacuees smile and thank us made everything worth it. 🫶🏼

Special thanks to Sis Rachelle Dorado (Joanna Marie), LTMMC’s former Chairwoman, for generously sharing her blessings to this cause.

To everyone affected by Bagyong Crising, there is hope, there is strength, and most of all, there are people like us who are always willing to help. 🙏🏼💚

Ayon sa ulat mula sa WawaJVCo, umabot na sa Full Supply Level (FSL) ang Upper Wawa Dam ngayong araw. Dahil dito, tuluy-tuloy na ang pag-agos ng tubig palabas ng dam.

Ang Upper Wawa Dam ay konektado sa Marikina River pati na rin sa floodgates ng Manggahan Floodway.

Bagama’t ang Upper Wawa Dam ay isang water impounding facility, nakatutulong ito upang ma-delay ang pagbaha sa mga komunidad sa downstream. Ngunit dahil napuno na ito, natural lamang ang pag-apaw ng tubig kaya inaasahan ang pagtaas ng tubig sa mga nabanggit na ilog.

Inaabisuhan ang mga residente sa mabababang lugar, partikular sa mga bayan ng San Mateo, Montalban (Rodriguez), Taytay, at Cainta, na malapit sa mga ilog at sa Marikina River, na manatiling alerto at handa sa posibleng pagbaha.

Bagama’t seryoso ang banta ng sitwasyong ito, hindi kailangang mag-panic. Maging kalmado, makinig sa inyong Barangay o DRRMO, at sumunod sa mga abiso. Iwasan ang pagpapakalat ng fake news upang hindi makapagdulot ng hindi kinakailangang takot.

Patuloy ang pagbabantay at pag-alalay ng inyong Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Rizal para sa kaligtasan ng bawat Rizalenyo.
