The Bachelor of Secondary Education Department isn’t falling behind—we’ve just been taking a well-deserved breather after completing a semester filled with lesson plans, assessments, and academic hurdles. Rest assured, we’ve got everything under control!

𝐒𝐢𝐩, 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧: 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐈𝐭 𝐎𝐧!

In accordance to “No Single-Use Plastics Policy” of the Office Memo no. 35 s. 2024, and the RSU's commitment to , the Bachelor of Secondary Education Department Student Organization (BSEDSO) is pleased to announce the donation of three water dispensers to BSED Department.

These dispensers will be installed in Rooms 201, 202, and 204 of the Education Building, providing convenient access to clean drinking water for all BSED students; and, lessening the use of plastic watter bottles within the campus premises, motivating them to bring their own reusable tumblers/aquaflasks.

Moreover, we extend our sincere gratitude to the Supreme Student Council (SSC) for their generous financial support which enabled this environmentally sustainable initiative. We also appreciate the monetary assistance and/or in-kind donation of the BSED students for the purchase of three 3 extension cords and the 3 mineral water jugs.

Additionally, we also acknowledge the contributions of “Piso Mo kag Piso ko Sobra pa sa Libo”, a fundraising project of BSEDSO, which shoulders the installation costs of the water dispensers.

This project demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the educational experience and promoting student well-being at RSU Romblon Campus.

𝑻𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒆.

As people from across the globe commemorate the Teachers’ Day Celebration, BSEDSO also shows the spirit of giving towards the people who are always on their side throughout the beginning of their journey of service.

Through collaborative efforts, BSEDSO presents random gifts to their adviser, Mr. Orlando L. Mindoro; the Chairperson of the department, Mrs. Milady Love F. Mindoro; the OSAS Chairperson, Mr. Nathaniel M. Muyo, who continually guides the department in the development and implementation of various programs and services; and to our esteemed Campus Director, Dr. Ruel Virgil Adriguez, who ensures the smooth running of the campus and strives to create an environment where students feel at ease.

In addition, sub-organizations under the department—GEMS Club, Pythagorean Society, and Samahang Talahib— also showcase the spirit of giving back by also offering random gifts to the faculty of the three fields of specialization in BSED.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Yesterday, September 22, student-volunteers and teachers from the BSED department collaborated in a general cleaning around the Education building.

This cleaning activity was led by the BSED program chairperson, Ms. Milady Love F. Mindoro and BSEDSO Adviser, Mr. Orlando L. Mindoro.

This aimed not only to maintain cleanliness in the campus but also to foster solidarity among students.

Everyone present joined forces to restore the beauty of the surroundings and successfully completed the task.

The students' collaboration demonstrated that collective action can yield positive outcomes. Together, we proved that working as a team can significantly contribute to keeping our environment clean and demonstrate our commitment to creating a sustainable and healthy environment for ourselves and the entire studentry.

Beyond the benefits of a cleaner campus, our collective effort also serves as a powerful symbol of unity and environmental stewardship.

This collaborative spirit can inspire others to take action and contribute to positive change in their own communities.

Furthermore, we sincerely extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ma'am Dianne Malupa Mallen, GEMs adviser, and Sir Warren Malate, Samahang Talahib adviser, for facilitating and assisting the students in cleaning their respective areas.
