GUIDELINES ON ACCESSING STUDENT LOGIN CREDENTIALS FOR THE RSU PORTAL

In line with the University’s continuous implementation of digital academic
services, all students of the College of Business and Accountancy are hereby
informed of the proper procedure for retrieving their student login credentials to
access the RSU Portal. Through the portal, students may view their grades and accomplish faculty evaluation requirements.
Students are advised to carefully follow the guidelines and instructions below to
ensure successful processing of their credentials.

Guidelines and Instructions
1. Submission of Credential Request Form
Students must properly accomplish the designated RSU CBA Portal Credentials
Request FORM. All required information must be filled out accurately before
submission to avoid delays in verification and processing.

2. Email Collection and Credential Delivery
The email address used by the student in answering the form shall automatically
be collected by the system. Once the request is successfully verified, the student
credentials shall be sent directly to the same email inbox used during form
submission.

3. Processing Timeline
After submission, requests shall undergo verification against official student
records. Students are advised to monitor their email inbox within approximately 1–
5 minutes after submission. The email to be received contains important login
instructions and reminders that must be read carefully.

4. Important Reminders
Students are reminded of the following:
• Ensure that all information entered in the form is complete and accurate.
• Requests containing incomplete details or records that cannot be matched with official university records shall receive USER ID: NOT FOUND, PASSWORD: N/A.
• In cases where no credentials are received due to verification issues or have received USER ID: NOT FOUND, PASSWORD: N/A, students are advised to coordinate directly at the Dean’s Office and look for the College Clerk, Ms. Joylyn Malacad for assistance.
• Student credentials are strictly confidential. Students must not share their login details with anyone and are strongly encouraged to immediately change their password upon first login for account security purposes.

All students are strongly encouraged to retrieve their credentials immediately in order to access the RSU Portal, monitor their academic standing, and complete the required faculty evaluation.
