March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination Results Released in Five (5) Working Days
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 6,438 out of 18,370 passed the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in 19 testing centers all over the Philippines last March 2026. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairperson; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.
The results were released in five (5) working days after the last day of examination.
Starting May 8, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

The following services will be offered during PRC Mobile Services in Romblon Service Hub located at 2nd floor Municipal Engineering Office Poblacion, San Agustin, Romblon on November 4-5, 2025:

1. Application for Licensure Examination for Physical Therapist and Radiologic Technologist.
2. Initial Registration of successful examinees who have duly attended the oathtaking.
3. Renewal and Duplicate of Professional Identification Cards (PICs).
4. Certification of Rating, Passing, and Good Standing.
5. Authentication of Rating, Passing, PIC, and Certificate of Registration.

As of Day 2 (October 15, 2025) at 7:19 pm, the University of Rizal System (URS) leads the scoreboard with a total of 54 points, followed closely by Batangas State University (BatStateU) with 52 points, and Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) with 50 points.
