Building Strength, Measuring Progress!

Our First-Year College Students recently participated in their Physical Fitness Test (PFT)β€”an important activity designed to assess different components of physical fitness, including strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.

The PFT helps students understand their current fitness level, identify areas for improvement, and develop healthier and more active lifestyles. More than just a test, it encourages self-awareness, discipline, perseverance, and commitment to overall health and well-being.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Rosario Fire Station! πŸš’πŸ’š

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the Rosario Fire Station for the warm and wonderful welcome given to the Kindergarten pupils and teachers of Saint Joseph. Your kindness, patience, and enthusiasm made our visit truly memorable and meaningful. πŸ₯°

A very special thank you to the newly designated Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, FInsp. Cathy Anne D. Longey, for warmly welcoming us and for making this experience extra special for our young learners.

We are also grateful to all the firefighters and personnel who took the time to assist, guide, and engage with our pupils throughout the activities. Thank you for teaching our children important lessons about fire safety, first aid, and emergency preparedness in such a fun and engaging way.

A special thanks to Sir RJ Espiritu, whose energetic and cheerful personality made the learning experience even more enjoyable for our little ones! 😊 And to FO1 Cacdac, thank you for patiently teaching our students how to properly use a fire hose and put out a fire. πŸš’

Your dedication and passion in educating children about safety are truly admirable. Thank you for making our visit an unforgettable learning experience and for inspiring our young learners to become more aware and responsible when it comes to safety.
