Welcome to Capiz State University!

All incoming freshmen students are hereby advised to carefully read and familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Student Handbook, which serves as your official guide to the University’s policies, rules, student rights, and responsibilities.

In line with this, you are required to:

Download the Student Pledge located on the last page of the Student Handbook;

Print and affix your signature on the said document; and

Submit the signed Student Pledge to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) on or before AUGUST 10, 2026.

This requirement ensures your understanding and commitment to uphold the standards, values, and regulations of the University.

Earlier today, our aspiring freshmen took their first major step during the College Aptitude Examination (Batch 1 - Morning Session) at the Capsu Roxas Main Campus - Dadivas Auditorium.

We commend everyone for their punctuality and focus as they gave their best in their Aptitude Test. Your dedication today is the foundation of the blueprints you will design tomorrow! 🌟✏️

MULTIFAITH RETREAT FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS 2026
The Office of the Student Affairs and Services of Capiz State University – Roxas City Main Campus invites all graduating students to take part in the Multifaith Retreat on May 13, 2026, from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
This retreat is prepared as a meaningful time for reflection, renewal, and spiritual strengthening as students prepare for graduation and the next chapter of their lives. It also serves as an opportunity for graduating students to pause, give thanks, and reflect on their journey, challenges, growth, and future goals.
Catholic students will gather at Dadivas Gym, while non-Catholic students will proceed to Dadivas Auditorium. Participants are reminded to wear decent and comfortable clothing and to bring their own meals and water for the day.
All graduating students are encouraged to attend and make the most of this special activity as part of their final formation before leaving the university.
