PAGPASANYOG LEADERSHIP TRAINING 2026
With the theme, โElevating Student Leadership, Cultivating Legacies, and Strengthening Governance,โ
The Supreme Student Council (SSC) together with Future Leaders of the Philippines (FLP) successfully conducted a meaningful day of learning, motivation, collaboration, inspiration, and camaraderie among student leaders.
The program began at 7:30 AM with the arrival and registration of participants, followed by the opening program at 8:00 AM, featuring the invocation and singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
The opening remarks were delivered by SSC President ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐. ๐
๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ, followed by the message of ๐๐ซ. Eimee D. Potato, who shared words of encouragement and inspiration for the participating student leaders.
The morning sessions featured insightful discussions from different speakers. ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฑ๐ข๐ฌ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ง๐๐๐ discussed โVision to Ex*****on: Empowering Student Leaders through Strategic Management,โ emphasizing the importance of proper planning and effective implementation in leadership.
Meanwhile, ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐จ๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ shared valuable insights on effective leadership and the responsibilities of student leaders.
The Sayaw Sidlak Dance Company performed during the intermission, adding entertainment value to the program before moving to the next session.
The morning discussions continued with ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐ , who shared his knowledge and insights on "Resolution and Minutes Making", followed by ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐. ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ฒ๐จ, who discussed โThriving Under Pressure: Strategies for Stress Management and Emotional Well-Being in Student Leadership,โ highlighting the importance of maintaining emotional well-being while fulfilling leadership responsibilities.
In the afternoon, participants engaged in exciting team-building activities aimed to strengthen teamwork, communication, cooperation, and camaraderie among the student leaders.
The training concluded with the Closing Remarks delivered by FLP President Mr. Jhon Mark Gomez, marking the end of a productive and memorable day, encouraging student leaders to use the experience they have learned.
As we look back on this meaningful experience, let us allow what we have learned to guide us as we strive to become responsible and effective leaders. Together, let us inspire one another, strengthen our organizations, and turn our learnings into a lasting legacy.
