Applicants who have successfully taken the admission examination are advised to proceed to the Registrar's Office at the CPC Main Campus for enrollment proper.

โข All incoming first year and transfer applicants (both local and foreign) must take the entrance examination test at the Guidance Office.
โข Secure the Student Information Form (Profiling) and fill-in ALL the information needed.
โข Submit the admission requirements to the Office of the Registrar.
โข Secure an updated curriculum slip from the Office of the Registrar.
โข Pay your initial payment at the Bursar's Office.
โข Proceed to your respective COLLEGE/DEPARTMENT for enlistment (or you can enlist subjects online) and approval of subjects.
โข Secure your print out of the Study Load containing your schedule and assessment by presenting your Official Receipt (OR) to the College of the Registrar. The study load must be marked ๐๐ก๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐๐.
