PUBLIC ADVISORY | BLENDED LEARNING IMPLEMENTATION

Capiz State University (CAPSU) will implement a Blended Learning Modality effective April 20, 2026 until the end of Academic Year 2025-2026, including the summer term, in response to the ongoing national emergency.

Guidelines cover online delivery for non-laboratory subjects, hybrid setup for courses with laboratory components, and scheduled face-to-face sessions for examinations and graduate programs.

All concerned are advised to be guided accordingly.

Congratulations, CapSU Dayao Criminology Board Exam Passers 👏🫡

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Board of Criminology on Friday, March 13, released the results of February 2026 Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE).

A total of 30,320 out of 45,936 examinees (66.00%) successfully passed the examination. Among them were 256 passers (57.66%) from CAPSU Dayao Satellite College, with 244 (59.37%) being first-time takers; and 23 passers (85.19%) from CAPSU Dumarao Satellite College, with 21 (91.30%) being first-time examinees. Overall, CAPSU recorded a passing rate of 59.23%.

The PRC administered the February 2026 CLE on February 4-6, 2026, across testing centers in National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Lipa (Batangas), Nueva Vizcaya, Romblon and Naga.

The Board of Criminology is chaired by Hon. Ramil G. Gabao, with Hon. Lani T. Palmones and Hon. Warren M. Corpuz as members.
