The schedules have shifted, classes have been adjusted, and it is time to make sure your academic records are locked in perfectly. The Office of the Registrar wishes to inform all CEAT students that the Changing, Adding, and Dropping (CAD) Forms are officially ready.

Claim Your Form Personally: Head over to the Office of the Registrar to pick up your hard copy. Please note that you must claim this form in personโproxies or representatives will not be allowed to collect it for you.
Check Your Student Portal: Log into your online student portal immediately. Verify that your listed subjects, sections, and units match your actual schedule.
๐ก Pro-Tip: If you notice any discrepancies or glitches in your student portal, bring them up with the Registrar staff right when you collect your form so you can get them sorted out in one go.
