IN PHOTOS: Outstanding students of Capiz State University (CAPSU) – Roxas City Main Campus were recognized and honored during the 2026 Recognition Ceremony, Pagpasidungog, and Pagpasanyog held on June 22 at the Dadivas Gymnasium.

With the theme, “CAPSU: Advancing Excellence, Shaping the Future,” the event celebrated student excellence and achievements in academics, leadership, service, sports, culture and the arts, research, extension, and other areas of university life.

The ceremony was graced by Dr. Peter Latimar L. Andrada, a proud alumnus of the Capiz Institute of Technology (now CAPSU) and a member of the CAPSU Board of Regents (BOR), who shared insights and words of inspiration with the awardees.

CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan was represented by Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Annalie G. Campos, who was joined by Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance Atty. Toche Vic B. Doce. IN PHOTOS: Proudly wearing their academic regalia and carrying the fruits of years of hard work and perseverance, 353 graduates of Capiz State University (CAPSU) Sigma Satellite College marked a significant milestone in their lives as they received their diplomas during the 2026 Commencement Exercises held on June 19 at the College Gymnasium.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Annalie G. Campos presented and recommended the candidates for graduation. CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan then confirmed and conferred the respective degrees upon the graduates.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Atty. Nathaniel M. Oducado, who served as the commencement speaker and delivered an inspiring message to the graduating Class of 2026. He was introduced by General Education Department Chairperson Dr. Reynaldo G. Peralta.

Class of 2026 Magna Cum Laude Christine Marie Q. Estocada, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) graduate, delivered the Speech of Gratitude on behalf of the graduating class.

Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTEd) Department Chairperson Dr. Fortunato A. Azarcon led the induction of the graduates into the CAPSU Alumni Association. This was followed by the Pledge of Loyalty led by Class of 2026 Cum Laude Carlos Miguel B. Habato.

Present during the momentous occasion were Vice President for External Affairs and Linkages Dr. Salvacion J. 📸 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: A total of 148 graduates of Capiz State University (CAPSU) Tapaz Satellite College received their diplomas and academic awards during their 22nd Commencement Exercises on June 18, 2026 at the San Julian Gymnasium, Brgy. San Julian, Municipality of Tapaz.

Dressed in their academic gowns, the Batch 2026 graduates proudly and joyfully celebrated this important milestone alongside their families and loved ones.

Dr. Annalie G. Campos, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, presented and recommended the candidates for graduation and then confirmed and conferred with their respective degrees by Dr. Efren L. Linan, the University President.

Atty. Luvim D. Amores, the Capiz Provincial Information Officer and concurrent Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) Head, delivered the inspiring message to the graduates on behalf of Governor Fredenil H. Castro.

Other local government officials were also in attendance including Hon. Rosemarie Gardose, Deputy Administrator for the 2nd District of Capiz and the former Municipal Mayor of Tapaz; and Hon. Prince Rovic F. Gardose, the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation President.

Ms. Keirsten Jade G. Loro, a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Social Studies graduate and a Magna Cum Laude awardee, delivered the speech of gratitude on behalf of the college’ Class of 2026.

Dr. Ronilo G. Berondo, the University Director for Human Resource and Training and the President of CAPSU Tapaz Satellite College Alumni Association, led the induction of graduates into the alumni association. This was followed by the Pledge of Loyalty led by the graduating class president Mr. Justine G. Gapi.

Other university key officials were also present to congratulate the graduates including Dr. Salvacion J. Legaspi, Vice President for External Affairs and Linkages; Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Vice President for Research, Development and Extension; Dr. Mary Jane L. Arroyo, Board Secretary V.

Dr. Ricky D. Fecara, the Satellite College Director, together with the deans, program chairpersons, faculty members and staff, were all smiles and immensely proud of their graduates.

IN PHOTOS: A total of 260 graduates of Capiz State University (CAPSU) Mambusao Satellite College proudly donned their academic togas and received their diplomas during the 2026 Commencement Exercises held today, June 17, at the college gymnasium.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Annalie G. Campos presented and recommended the candidates for graduation, while CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan confirmed and conferred the respective degrees upon the graduates.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Atty. Nathaniel M. Oducado, who served as the Commencement Speaker and delivered an inspiring message to the graduating Class of 2026. He was introduced by Bachelor of Arts in English Language (BAEL) Program Chairperson Dr. Maria Aurora G. Victoriano.

Class of 2026 Magna Cum Laude Kin F. Sabala, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language graduate, delivered the Speech of Gratitude on behalf of the graduating class. His recognition also marked a historic milestone for the college, as he became the first Latin honor recipient produced by CAPSU Mambusao Satellite College after 17 years. Sabala was likewise the sole recipient of an academic distinction award among this year's graduates.

Meanwhile, CAPSU Mambusao Alumni Association President and Board Secretary I Mr. Rendon V. Marquez led the induction of the graduates into the alumni association. This was followed by the Pledge of Loyalty led by Class of 2026 Academic Distinction Awardee Catherine Josie D. Laurilla.

Present during the momentous occasion were Vice President for Research, Development and Extension Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Vice President for External Affairs and Linkages Dr. Salvacion J.
