IN PHOTOS: A total of 43 graduating students of Capiz State University (CAPSU) secured employment through on-the-spot hiring during a two-day job fair spearheaded by the Office of the Vice President for External Affairs and Linkages (OVPEAL) in partnership with C and U Philippines Inc.
The recruitment activity was conducted on June 1 at CAPSU Sigma Satellite College and on June 2 at the CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus, providing graduating students with direct access to employment opportunities even before completing their academic requirements.
Representing the company, C and U Philippines Inc. Human Resource and Management Officer (HRMO) Ms. Kristeen Joy Endrinal personally introduced the company, discussed available career opportunities, and conducted interviews with applicants.
C and U Philippines Inc. specializes in the production of deep-groove ball bearings, water pump bearings, single-row tapered roller bearings, and double-row tapered roller bearings widely used in home appliances, automobiles, water pumps, and related industries.
The activity was organized by the OVPEAL headed by Dr. Salvacion D. Legaspi, together with Prof. Malou B. Albor, University Director for International and National Affairs. Also present during the activity were Roxas City Main Campus Focal Person Dr. Cleo Jude A. Joaquin, CAPSU Sigma Satellite College Director Dr. Eimee D. Potato, External Affairs and Linkages (EAL) campus and satellite college coordinators, and guidance counselors, who assisted in facilitating the successful conduct of the job fair.
