The 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 of the 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 successfully conducted 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with the theme, “𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲: 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝘁, 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆,” on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the 𝗣𝗨𝗣𝗦𝗕 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁.

The activity aimed to strengthen earthquake preparedness, enhance disaster response awareness, and promote a culture of safety within the campus community. Through the proper ex*****on of the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure and evacuation protocols, participants demonstrated their commitment to ensuring readiness during emergency situations.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟯: 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘, 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘! 🤝🏆

The 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 successfully concluded its 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with a day filled with teamwork, learning, and recognition.

The morning session was dedicated to an exciting 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, where participants strengthened their camaraderie, teamwork, trust, and leadership skills through various engaging challenges and activities.

In the afternoon, participants attended an insightful lecture on 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿-𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 delivered by 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗖𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗗. 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮, 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮. Her discussion emphasized the importance of inclusive, responsible, and responsive leadership among today's youth, inspiring participants to become advocates of equality and positive change in their communities.

The event culminated in the much-awaited Awarding Ceremony, recognizing the outstanding achievements, active participation, and exemplary performance of the student leaders throughout the three-day training program.

To formally conclude the event, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗦. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, delivered her closing remarks, expressing gratitude to the participants, organizers, facilitators, and resource speakers who contributed to the success of the training.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟮: 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣, 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘! 👑🚑

The 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 successfully continued its 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 on its second day, filled with energy, learning, and active participation from student leaders.

During the morning session, participants underwent 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀, facilitated by the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢) 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻. The training provided valuable knowledge and practical skills that are essential during emergencies and disaster response situations.

In the afternoon, participants took part in interactive games and activities related to the lessons they learned, allowing them to apply their knowledge while strengthening teamwork, camaraderie, and leadership skills.

The day concluded with the much-anticipated Search for 𝗠𝗿., 𝗠𝘀., 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘅. 𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗫 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, where participants showcased their confidence, talent, and leadership potential. The event celebrated not only excellence and charisma but also the spirit of service and leadership among PUP Sablayan students.

The 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 officially commenced 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with the theme, “𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗴𝘁𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻,” held from 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟵–𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁.

The three-day leadership training gathered student leaders, trainers, faculty members, and staff to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and commitment to public service and community development.

During the opening program, 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦. 𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘇, 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, warmly welcomed all participants, trainers, faculty members, and staff. In her message, she emphasized the vital role of the youth in nation-building and encouraged participants to maximize the opportunity to learn and grow as future leaders.

Representatives from the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢) 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 also oriented the participants on the rules, regulations, and safety protocols to be observed throughout the three-day training.

For the morning session, 𝗙𝗢𝟭 𝗟𝗲𝗼 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗟 𝗕𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗮 from the 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗙𝗣) conducted a lecture and practical drill on Fire Safety. The discussion covered the Fire Triangle, the 3 P’s of fire response, proper use of fire extinguishers, hose handling techniques, and a full evacuation drill aimed at enhancing participants’ preparedness during emergency situations.

Following this, 𝗣𝗠𝗦𝗴 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗧 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗮 - 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘁. 𝗣𝗖𝗥 and 𝗣𝗠𝗦𝗴 𝗥𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗣 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗼 - 𝗪𝗖𝗣𝗗 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 from the 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 discussed Neighborhood Watch, Radicalization Awareness, and Social Mobilization for Peace. The session highlighted the importance of community participation, vigilance, and youth engagement in maintaining peace and order.

In the afternoon session, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗙. 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗱, a 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿, shared valuable insights on values formation, moral leadership, and responsible citizenship, inspiring participants to become servant leaders dedicated to the welfare of their communities.

The first day of Leadership 2026 successfully equipped participants with essential knowledge on disaster preparedness, public safety, peacebuilding, and values-based leadership, setting the tone for a meaningful and productive training experience in the days ahead.

The 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗣𝗨𝗣) 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 proudly celebrates another significant milestone after successfully earning a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 following the Compliance Audit conducted by the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 from April 2–24, 2026.

This achievement reflects the campus' unwavering commitment to excellence, transparency, accountability, and quality service in fulfilling its institutional responsibilities.

This milestone would not have been possible without the collective efforts, dedication, and cooperation of the faculty and staff who continuously work to uphold the University's standards and mission.

The 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗣𝗨𝗣) 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 proudly joined the celebration of the 𝟭𝟮𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 with the theme “𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗮𝗻. 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻. 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻.” held on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗿, 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼.

The event, organized by the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, brought together various sectors of the community in commemorating the sacrifices and heroism of our forefathers in the pursuit of freedom and nationhood.

As part of the celebration, PUP Sablayan students showcased their talent and patriotism through an inspiring Interpretative Dance Performance, highlighting the rich history, culture, and enduring spirit of the Filipino people.
