IN PHOTOS: On 10 May 2026, the Graduation Ceremony of Batch MAHINTULAB CL 01-2024 and Batch KASIKLAB CL 01-2026 was held at the Occidental Mindoro State College Sablayan Campus Gymnasium to celebrate the dedication, and diligence of Advance and Basic Cadets for A.Y. 2025-2026.
The event began at exactly 1000H and was attended by distinguished guests from the OMSC School Administration. An Inspirational Message was delivered by Dr. Julie U Lopez, Campus Director, who shared encouraging and inspiring words with the graduates.
Thereafter, the Presentation of Graduates, as well as the introduction of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, was conducted by 2LT CHELO P TALOSIG (CE) PA. The ceremony was highlighted by the Message of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Hon. Walter “Bong” B Marquez, Mayor of Sablayan, who delivered a meaningful and inspiring message before the ceremony concluded.
The ceremony also featured the Turn Over of Command, symbolizing the transfer of leadership and responsibilities to the newly designated officers, marking another milestone in the ROTC journey of the cadets.
The event was successfully carried out through the discipline and coordination of everyone, and with the support and supervision of Sgt Riche L Margarase (Inf) PA, ROTC Division NCO, and our ROTC Coordinator, Joel R Nicdao.
This memorable experience left a clear and joyful memory in the minds of all who completed ROTC in 2026. The event was formally closed at 1200H.
