In line with the suspension of face-to-face classes today, April 27, 2026, due to the forecasted high heat index across Negros Occidental, and pursuant to the approved request of the University Student Government, admission interviews scheduled on the said date at TUPV Sagay Campus are also cancelled.

Please wait for further announcements regarding the rescheduled admission interview schedule for those originally scheduled on Monday, April 27, 2026.

To all our qualifiers at TUP Visayas – Sagay City Campus, please take note of the following during your scheduled admission interview:

🔴 Enter the main gate of TUP Visayas – Sagay City Campus and sign the attendance sheet at the guardhouse.

🔴 Approach the guard and ask for the location of your admission interview.

🔴 Upon arriving at the venue, please line up with the other qualifiers and wait for your turn. Do your best. The admission interview accounts for thirty percent of your total score. Your results from both the admission test and the interview will be computed and ranked.

🔴 Once you have completed the process, please wait for the official release of the list of incoming first-year students for School Year 2026–2027. If your name appears on the list, you may then proceed with submitting your enrollment and medical requirements at the TUPV Sagay Admin Office.

The Technological University of the Philippines Visayas, Sagay City Campus, is pleased to announce the list of qualifiers who will proceed to the next stage of the admission process: the admission interview for the Bachelor of Engineering program.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭. Please review the list to confirm whether your name is included.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮. If your name appears on the list, check the schedule and venue of your admission interview. Please note that the interview accounts for thirty percent (30%) of your total score. Failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of your slot.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯. Your total score will be computed based on the results of your admission test and interview, and applicants will be ranked accordingly.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰. The final list of first-year students for School Year 2026–2027 will be posted. Only those included in the list may proceed with the submission of their enrollment and medical requirements.

𝘼𝘿𝙈𝙄𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙐𝙋𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀

The Admission Test at 𝙏𝙐𝙋 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙨 𝙎𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 has already concluded. A total of 314 applicants successfully took the TUP Scholastic and Technical Aptitude Test for School Year 2026–2027. Congratulations on completing this important step!

We extend our sincere gratitude to all administrators, faculty and staff of TUPV Sagay, volunteers, USG officers, utility personnel, security guards, and our partner schools and organizations for helping make this possible.

We kindly ask for your continued patience as we prepare the results. Further updates will be shared soon, as we aim to release the list of qualifiers as early as possible.

Qualified applicants will proceed to the next phase of the admission process: the admission interview at TUP Visayas Sagay Campus. Please take note of the instructions given by the examiners during your admission test.

• Fill out all required information.

Important reminders:
➡️ Make sure to complete the Family Background and Educational Attainment sections.
➡️ Upload a low-resolution 2x2 photo in .jpeg or .jpg format.
➡️ Skip the Employment Background section, but ensure that the Data Subject Consent Form is checked.

• Parents, guardians, and companions are not allowed to enter the testing venue.
• In accordance with the policy on universal access to education, NO admission testing fee shall be collected.
