Admission Test Schedule
March 1 : 1PM-5PM
March 2 : 8AM-12PM; 1PM-5PM

Please bring the following:
1. 2 sharpened pencils
2. proof of application (screenshot or hardcopy of application with your username or password)
3. face mask (Applicants are required to wear one, per University Clinic's regulation.)

Walk-in applicants will be accomodated depending on slot availability. Those who have initially registered but were not able to successfully finish the process will also be accomodated, provided proof of registration (screenshot/hardcopy of registration with username & password indicated) is in hand.

If you have not yet registered, please REGISTER NOW at https://ers.tup.edu.ph/aims/applicants/. The purpose of registering is to ensure your name is in the ERS system. Fill out the PROFILE VERIFICATION FORM, choose SAGAY CAMPUS and click continue.

Note:
1. Parents, guardians, and friends of the applicants are NOT ALLOWED to enter the venue.
2. No admission fees will be collected, in accordance with RA 10931.
3. Admission test takers in TUPV Talisay or other previous testing centers are no longer allowed to take the test again in Sagay.
4. Eventually, qualifiers in Sagay will only be allowed to enroll in TUPV Sagay.

To give chance to those who missed the admission test last time, we would like to inform the public that we will be having another Admission Test this coming March 11, 2022.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring the following on the day of the examination:
1. Proof of Application (HARD or SOFT COPY) from the ERS.
2. Face Mask (NO FACE MASK NO ENTRY)
3. Two (2) sharpened pencils
4. Vaccination Card (if you have)
NOTE:
1. Be early, at least 30 minutes before the time.
2. Practice social distancing at all times.
3. No wearing of SHORTS and/or SLIPPERS.
4. To avoid crowding, parents, guardians, and supporters ARE NOT ALLOWED to enter the campus.
