PEeps Advisory: Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools on Thursday, 6 August 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat).

According to the MCDRRMD, the latest weather models and rainfall outlook from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) indicate significant rainfall tomorrow, with intensity ranging from light to moderate, at times heavy.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.
