As TANGAN concludes, the smile of every child and the joy of learning engraved to each one is a moment to capture through a photograph. It may have been a random sunday for some people, but it is a sunday which allowed the children to learn and to gain something from listening.

For every picture taken in the event, there is a child that has the power to change oneself for a better future and self.

TANGAN commences as the program unravels for the children of Sampaloc, Manila. Their excitement and focus are noticeable as they listen intently on the hosts to learn new valuable information for their health and wellness.

The goal of the program is to teach each child important knowledge in health and create joy for them along the way.

The incident about Senator Bato Dela Rosa and his reluctance to accountability for his action under the jurisdiction of the international law reflects the difference of due process when it comes to people in power versus normal citizens of the Philippines.

Whether concern for safety or pride, the actions of the senator remains a problem that must be addressed and a reason for each Filipino to raise concern. We should not allow authority be exempted from the law that bounds everyone.

𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃 | 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐍𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

The recent events in the Senate of the Philippines has raised a constitutional concern with regards to delays to upholding the impeachment trials. It has exposed the system focused on loyalties than the constitution.

When the higher authorities treat themselves as exemptions to the rule, our voice and desire for change becomes ever-so distant. We deserve leader accountable for their actions and righteous in upholding the constitution we had fought for.

In her session, “Autonomy in Nursing: Providing Decisive Care in High-Stakes Practice Environments,” Dr. Moira G. Uy emphasized that nursing autonomy is not about independence from the healthcare team but the ability to exercise sound clinical judgment, act decisively, and advocate fearlessly for patient welfare.

“In high-stakes environments, the nurse is the patient’s greatest safeguard and most critical advocate.”

Empowered and autonomous nurses strengthen patient safety, improve outcomes, and uphold the integrity of healthcare delivery.

The FEU IHSN Student Council congratulates our IHSN athletes for their commitment to playing at a top level throughout all their matches. Witnessing their determination for each win and recovery from deficits gave every IHSN Student the passion to cheer and watch every game.

Through the awarding ceremony, may each player feel recognized for their individual and team work that led them to a deep run into the tournament. May your love for the sport continue to proliferate towards the tournaments to come.

The recent statistics shared by the FEU Commission on Elections has shown a low number of voters in the Partial Election Results. This emphasized the uncertainties of the students in the elections of new student leaders.

The IHSN Student Council highlights the importance of voting for the future of the institute in their activities and events. Each vote reflects the desire for change through the election of great student leaders.
