🌱 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) SIGNING | JULY 29, 2026 🤝
On July 29, 2026, the College of Agriculture and Forestry of Central Philippines State University – San Carlos Campus and the San Carlos Diocesan Social Action Foundation, Inc. formally conducted the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing, marking an important partnership between the two institutions.
The program began with an Invocation, followed by the Opening Remarks of the CPSU–San Carlos Campus Administrator, Sir Balogo. Messages were then delivered by the Executive Director, Rev. Fr. Sergio Venus; the Project Director, Rev. Fr. Julius G. Tormis; and the BSAB Program Head, Sir Romnick S. Capuyan.
The highlight of the event was the MOA Signing, which officially established the partnership and cooperation between CPSU–San Carlos Campus and the San Carlos Diocesan Social Action Foundation, Inc. The activity was witnessed by several BSAB students and visitors from the Diocesan organization in support of this meaningful collaboration.
After the program, guests from the San Carlos Diocesan Social Action Foundation, Inc. were given a tour of the production areas by Sir Capuyan. During the tour, they had the opportunity to see the different crops and agricultural products produced by the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), CPSU–San Carlos Campus.
This meaningful event marks another step toward stronger partnerships, student learning, community involvement, agricultural development, and service to the community. 🌱🤝💚
