Ang Heat Index ay hindi lang basta init ng panahon, ito ang aktwal na init na nararamdaman ng ating katawan kapag pinagsama ang temperatura at halumigmig ng hangin. Kapag mataas ang halumigmig, mas mahirap magpalamig ang katawan kaya mas matindi ang pakiramdam ng init.

Mag-ingat lalo na mula 10 AM hanggang 4 PM kung kailan kadalasang pinakamataas ang heat index. Uminom ng maraming tubig at iwasan ang matagal na pagbibilad sa araw. โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ง
