Bago siya naging ilaw ng bayan, siya muna’y isang munting bituin na pilit sumisilip sa dilim—isang batang ang mga tanong ay tila kulog na gumigising sa katahimikan, at ang mga pangarap ay parang ibong ayaw ikulong sa hawla ng murang dibdib.

Sa pelikulang ito, matutunghayan ang daigdig na humubog kay Pepe, ang kanyang unang pagkadapa na naging binhi ng lakas, ang unang tagumpay na nagpaalab ng pag-asa, at ang mga sandaling nagturo sa kanya na ang tunay na pagmamahal ay yaong lumalampas sa sarili. Sa bawat eksena, maririnig ang pintig ng isang pusong unti‑unting nagiging tinig ng bayan, diwang hindi kayang ikulong ng panahon.

Ito ay hindi lamang salaysay ng isang bata. Ito ay paanyaya sa bawat kabataang Pilipino: tuklasin ang sariling apoy, sariling talino, at sariling dahilan upang mangarap hindi para sa sarili lamang, kundi para sa kinabukasan ng bayan.

Bago siya naging simbolo ng tapang at talino, siya muna’y isang batang may mga tanong na hindi matahimik, mga pangarap na hindi magkasya sa kanyang murang dibdib, at isang pusong unti‑unting nagigising sa diwa ng bayan.

Sa pelikulang ito, masisilayan ang mundong humubog kay 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐞—ang kaniyang mga unang pagkatalo, unang tagumpay, at mga sandaling nagturo sa kanya kung paano magmahal sa paraang higit pa sa sarili. Sa bawat eksena, mararamdaman ang pag-usbong ng isang diwang hindi kayang ikulong ng panahon.

Ito ay hindi lamang kwento ng isang batang lalaki. Ito ay paanyaya sa bawat kabataang Pilipino na tuklasin ang sariling tapang, sariling talino, at sariling dahilan upang mangarap para sa bayan.

After months of hard work and academic challenges, the semester is nearing its close with the upcoming Final Examinations.

Please be guided accordingly:
- General Education Subjects will have their final exams on December 17–18, 2025.
- Minor and Major Subjects, including specialization and professional courses, will hold their exams on December 15–16, 2025.
