The CELTECH ROTC Unit officially marked the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter during our Joint Closing Ceremony and Turn Over of Advanced Officers at the Bren Z Guiao Sports Complex.

We officially closed the training year and welcomed a new set of advanced officers to the helm. On 15 April 2026 Central Luzon College of Science and Technology Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit underwent and successfully passed the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection at Bren Z Guiao Sports Complex,City of San Fernando Pampanga.

The Central Luzon College of Science and Technology (CELTECH) ROTC Unit successfully passed the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) for AY 2025–2026, conducted by inspectors Headed by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗚𝗘𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗘 𝗠 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗠𝗡𝗦𝗔) 𝗣𝗔 as Chairperson with an impressive overall rating of 𝟵𝟮.𝟵𝟱% This reflects the effective training and guidance provided by the 3rd Regional Community Defense Group PA

Celtech College, San Fernando, Pampanga, showcased outstanding performance, strong discipline, and unwavering dedication as its ROTC unit underwent a thorough and intensive evaluation .This significant achievement highlights the institution’s commitment to developing well-rounded and capable cadets, preparing them to become effective and responsible future leader.
