The College of Arts and Sciences Provincial Student Body Organization, in coordination with the Municipal Student Body Organizations (MSBOs), successfully conducted the presentation of their respective Operational Plans on July 21, 2026, at the CAS AVR.

The activity served as a venue for student leaders to deliberate on their organizations’ governance agenda, priorities, and proposed Programs, Projects, and Activities for Academic Year 2026–2027. Representing the BA Political Science MSBO, Mayor Galope and Vice Mayor Nisperos presented the organization’s annual action plan, with 𝘀𝗶𝘅 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 and 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, with the collective endorsement of the class captains and the entire MSBO.

The presentation reflected the principles of strategic planning, accountability, and collective decision-making. Through interorganizational cooperation, the student organizations remain committed to strengthening democratic leadership, collaboration, and responsive service within the College of Arts and Sciences.

As part of its rooted advocacy for environmental sustainability and cleanliness, The Municipal Student Body Organization (MSBO) – Bachelor of Arts in Political Science continues to strengthen its commitment in environmental awareness, through the Eco Patrol Clean-Up happening tomorrow, Thursday.

In compliance with DMMMSU Memo No. 671 (Restoration of Friday Work-From-Home Arrangement) issued on July 20, 2026 which mandates asynchronous modalities and remote work every Friday to address surging fuel prices, we are adjusting our schedule accordingly.

With this, we warmly invite the participation of Second Year Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (BAPoS) Students.

The Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, through the MSBO Political Science, successfully conducted the Eco Patrol Clean-Up Drive with the participation of first-year BA Political Science students at the College of Arts and Sciences on July 17, 2026.

More than a campus clean-up activity, it served as a reminder that environmental protection begins with small actions and collective responsibility. Through service, discipline, volunteerism, and accountability, future leaders demonstrated their commitment to creating meaningful change.

The Eco Patrol Clean-Up Drive continues to inspire student leaders to champion sustainability, service, and social responsibility.

The College of Arts and Sciences successfully conducted the Turnover Ceremony and General Assembly for BS Psychology, BA English Language, BS Filipino, and BA Political Science for Academic Year 2026–2027, held on July 15, 2026 at the CAS AVR.

The ceremony highlighted the continuity of leadership, service, and commitment to the student body. The re-elected Mayor of MSBO Political Science reaffirmed their dedication to independently implementing meaningful projects and initiatives, a commitment that contributed to their recognition as the BEST MSBO of the Year.

He concluded his message by emphasizing, “𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙩, 𝙥𝙖𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙡𝙪𝙥𝙖. 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙠𝙤𝙙 𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙨, 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙗𝙞 𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙨,” as a reflection of their commitment to grounded and equitable leadership.

As the torch of leadership was passed, the entire Zoon Politikons honored the legacy of the outgoing officers of A.Y. 2025–2026 and welcomed the newly elected leaders of A.Y. 2026 - 2027, who are entrusted to continue the pursuit of excellence and purposeful service.
