International Cleanup Drive โ€ข 143rd NROTC Unit

Every piece of waste removed is a promise keptโ€”to our community and to our seas.

Yesterday, September 19, the 143rd NROTC Unit came together for the International Cleanup Drive. Conducted in Brgy. Carlatan, San Fernando, La Union, with hands ready and spirits high, we worked side by side, proving that true leadership means caring for the place we call home.

โš“ ๐‚๐Ž๐”๐‘๐“๐„๐’๐˜ ๐‚๐€๐‹๐‹ | On September 4, 2026, the Commander of the Naval Reserve Center Northern Luzon (NRCEN-NL), ๐‚๐€๐๐“ ๐†๐‹๐˜๐ ๐ ๐๐€๐‡๐ˆ๐‹๐€๐๐†๐€ ๐๐ (๐†๐’๐‚), together with the Deputy Commander of NRCEN-NL, ๐‹๐‚๐ƒ๐‘ ๐‘๐Ž๐๐€๐‘๐“ ๐€๐๐“๐‡๐Ž๐๐˜ ๐™ ๐“๐Ž๐‘๐ˆ๐๐ˆ๐Ž ๐๐, accompanied by the Training Staff of the 143rd Naval Reserve Officersโ€™ Training Corps Unit, paid a courtesy call on ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐…๐ž๐›๐š๐ง ๐Œ. ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐จ, ๐„๐.๐ƒ., ๐Œ๐๐€, President of the Northern Philippines College for Maritime Science and Technology (NPCMST).

The visit served as a meaningful opportunity to reinforce the strong partnership, coordination, and mutual support between ๐๐‘๐‚๐„๐-๐๐‹ and ๐๐๐‚๐Œ๐’๐“, particularly in the continued development and implementation of the Naval Reserve Officersโ€™ Training Corps program within the institution.

The engagement highlighted the importance of sustained cooperation in providing quality military orientation, leadership development, discipline, and character formation among cadets. It also reflected the shared commitment of NRCEN-NL, the NPCMST Administration, and the 143rd NROTCU Training Staff in molding responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented future leaders.

The courtesy call further strengthened the relationship between the Philippine Navy Reserve Force and NPCMST as both institutions continue to work hand in hand in supporting the training, development, and overall objectives of the 143rd Naval Reserve Officersโ€™ Training Corps Unit.

๐‘พ๐‘ฏ๐‘จ๐‘ป ๐‘ป๐‘ถ ๐‘ฉ๐‘น๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฎ: Ballpen, Notebook, & 2x2 picture.
๐‘ต๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ฌ: In your 2x2 picture wear plain white t-shirt with the prescribe school haircut.

๐‘ซ๐‘น๐‘ฌ๐‘บ๐‘บ ๐‘ช๐‘ถ๐‘ซ๐‘ฌ: Plain white t-shirt, slacks or black maong pants, black garrison belt and rubber shoes (use white socks) donโ€™t forget to TUCK-IN upon entering the campus.
๐‘ต๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ฌ: Remove all your accessories including necklace, bracelets, watch, earrings etc. For males, shave your mustache and for females, wear a white sando underneath your shirt.
