𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | Information has reached the DMMMSU administration about a social media post from a certain Britney Madonna Kepya, who mentioned, among others, a bomb threat, insults, and provoking statements against the Mid La Union Campus (MLUC), its students, and personnel.

As a precautionary measure, classes shall be held online or asynchronously and work-from-home arrangement shall be conducted for the whole day on Monday, July 27, 2026 at MLUC.

Coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP), the La Union Provincial Explosive and Canine Unit (LUPECU), and other concerned authorities has already been sought to assess the reported threat and ensure safety.

DMMMSU fosters a safe environment for all and condemns malefactors that pose threats or expose students and personnel to danger. Appropriate legal action will be pursued against those responsible.

We encourage everyone to remain calm, rely only on official University announcements, and refrain from sharing unverified information.

In celebration of 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, DOERs Inc. (Dalumpinas Oeste Eco Rangers) successfully spearheaded a Sunrise Plogging by the Ridges from Brgy. Pias to Bacsil Viewpoint under the theme "𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞: 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬."

Through our collective efforts, we gathered 30 𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚—𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙭𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 150 𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙨 —proving that when communities unite with a shared purpose, every small action contributes to a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Ma'am Narj for generously providing breakfast at the viewpoint. Your kindness and support were truly appreciated and served as a wonderful way to conclude the activity.

The Techtonics Student Organization, in collaboration with DOER's and other partner organizations, successfully conducted a Plogging Activity on July 18, 2026. The initiative reaffirmed the organizations' shared commitment to environmental stewardship, civic responsibility, and community engagement.

Through the collective efforts of dedicated volunteers, the activity promoted the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment while encouraging sustainable practices and active participation in protecting our communities.

Together, we continue to create meaningful change one step, one piece of litter, and one shared commitment toward a greener and more sustainable future.

We are looking for students who are passionate about the arts and willing to represent and promote our culture through performances and creative activities.

OPEN TO:
• Dance (Solo, Duo, or Group)
• Singing (Solo, Duet, and Kundiman)
• Visual Arts (Charcoal Rendering, On-The-Spot Painting, Poster Making, and Digital Arts)
• Instrumental Performance (Violin, Banduria, Piano, and Classical Guitar)

Who Can Join?
All College of Technology students who have talent, interest, and dedication in the arts are encouraged to audition.

Date: June 30 - July 1
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Venue: New COT Building, 2nd Floor

What to Prepare:
• A 1–2 minute performance or presentation of your talent
• Your own music or accompaniment, if needed
• Confidence and enthusiasm
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the audition
