The National Service Training Program Completion Ceremony marks the successful conclusion of the ROTC and LTS programs--a proud and inspiring milestone for our LTS student leaders and NSTP cadets. After months of rigorous training, community engagement, and unwavering commitment, these young leaders have successfully concluded their journey of discipline, patriotism, and service.
Everyone in the celebration was welcomed by the very supportive and resilient Campus Director of CTU-San Fernando--Dr. Wilfredo G. Anoos. This ceremony was attended by renowned individuals who have dedicated their careers to Cebu Technological University. The completion speaker, Dr. Ezer G. Monteclar from CTU-Moalboal Campus, brought a unique perspective to the table. The guest speaker, Sgt. Marcial T. Pepito from CTU-Main Campus, shared valuable insights on the importance of community service and the role it plays in shaping the future. Dr. Julius O. Basallo from CTU-Barili Campus delivered an inspirational message, drawing from his experiences to encourage students to become transformed individuals. Also present at the ceremony were Dr. Zandro Perez and Prof. Jenalie Albarico, both from CTU-Barili Campus.
The celebration was far from being successful without the utmost support of the NSTP Director, Prof. Stevie B. Manugas, who serves as the compass of the ROTC Coordinator Sgt. Ailyn Dasig and LTS Coordinator Ms. Christine Mae Generalao for the entire journey.
Throughout the NSTP program, everyone has been challenged, inspired and transformed; everyone has learned valuable skills, forged lasting bonds, and discovered one's own potential.
The ROTC cadets demonstrated exceptional leadership, resilience, and the readiness to serve the nation; while the LTS students showcased their passion for education and community development. Together, they embody the spirit of volunteerism and the promise of a brighter future.
These young student leaders have not just completed a program, but they have also been shaped by the experience. They have been given the tools to make a difference in the community and in the country. They carry with them the knowledge that they are capable of achieving great things and have the power to make a positive impact on the world.
Congratulations to all completers for the hard work, perseverance and valuable contributions that have been made to the community. May this achievement be just the beginning of a lifelong dedication to service and excellence.
