FEU Pampanga formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Parole and Probation Administration (PPA), represented by Dr. Elmer Bravo Gumapos, to establish a collaborative partnership that will support internship opportunities, educational initiatives, research, and other mutually beneficial programs and activities.

The partnership aims to strengthen experiential learning, promote community engagement, and foster meaningful cooperation between FEU Pampanga and the PPA in developing future professionals who are committed to public service and nation-building.

Please be advised that the opening of College classes has been rescheduled to July 20, 2026 to allow the completion of ongoing renovations to our college building and campus facilities, ensuring that our learning spaces are ready for the start of the academic year.

FEU Pampanga participated in the Public Consultation Workshop on the Proposed Implementing Guidelines of the Philippine Credit Transfer System (PCTS) for the BS Computer Engineering Program, held at the CHED Central Office in Diliman, Quezon City.

The institution was represented by Dr. Kennedy Rodriguez, Dean of Engineering, and Engr. Reynaldo De Asis, one of the faculty members of Engineering Department.

The workshop gathered Higher Education Institutions across Central Luzon to discuss the proposed credit transfer system, which aims to strengthen pathways between TESDA-accredited qualifications and higher education. Through collaborative discussions and workshops, participants explored mechanisms for recognizing prior learning and promoting flexible, lifelong learning opportunities for future Computer Engineering students.

FEU Pampanga remains committed to supporting CHED's initiatives in advancing accessible, innovative, and future-ready higher education.

CHED Regional Office III Participates in the Public Consultation Workshop on the Proposed Implementing Guidelines of the Philippine Credit Transfer System (PCTS) for the BS Computer Engineering Program

The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III, together with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across Central Luzon, actively participated in the Public Consultation Workshop on the Proposed Implementing Guidelines of the Philippine Credit Transfer System (PCTS) for the BS Computer Engineering Program held at the CHED Central Office Auditorium, Diliman, Quezon City.

The workshop aimed to orient participating HEIs on the proposed credit transfer process for learners who have completed TESDA-accredited qualifications aligned with the BS Computer Engineering curriculum. By strengthening the articulation between technical-vocational education and higher education, the PCTS seeks to promote learner mobility, recognize prior learning, and provide more flexible pathways toward degree completion.

The discussions commenced with presentations on the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) and the Philippine Credit Transfer System (PCTS), providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the policy framework, guiding principles, and proposed mechanisms for credit transfer.

A key highlight of the activity was the hands-on workshop, where participants collaboratively analyzed TESDA National Certifications and identified their corresponding core competencies. Through guided exercises, the participants determined which competencies could be recognized for credit, examined the appropriate crediting mechanisms, and discussed how these competencies could be mapped to the learning outcomes and courses of the BS Computer Engineering program.

In line with the CHED ACHIEVE framework, particularly the Advanced and Accessible Lifelong Learning, this initiative reinforces CHED's commitment to advancing seamless academic pathways, promoting lifelong learning, and ensuring a more responsive and future-ready Philippine higher education system.
