It was a morning overflowing with energy, connection, and inspiration as we officially welcomed the newest members of our department. Instead of just walking into a new school year, our freshies stepped right into a supportive community. They had the wonderful opportunity to connect with the pillars of our departmentโincluding our esteemed Dean, Dr. Aris Kendell R. Bungabong, our Academic Coordinator, Ms. Arlynn Faith C. Sanchez, RN, and our dedicated clinical instructors.
Beyond meeting their mentors, the freshies were introduced to the vibrant student life that awaits them. They bonded with their student leaders from the Nursing Student Council, led by Governor Minelly Marie T. Mendoza, and discovered our active organizations and their dedicated heads: the Student Nurses Association of the Philippines (SNAP) led by Trishia Lorraine G. Dalumpines; the Catholic Student Nursesโ Association (CSNA) led by Ma. Alren S. Tingson; our official publication, The Caring Gazette, headed by Editor-in-Chief Kyla Lizette C. Morillo; and the SAC-Red Cross Youth Council led by Jennel Chris J. Alvaรฑiz.
All of these dynamic student bodies are able to thrive thanks to the steadfast guidance and support of our amazing advisersโMs. Maureen Joy M. Galera, MSN, RN, Ms. Lianna Rose D. Espino, MSN, RN, Ms. Hermea Nicole P. Ancuna, LPT, and Ms. Marycon Fia Adel A. Muรฑoz, MSN, RN.
Wrapped up with exciting rounds of Nursing Bingo and special awards for our early birds and neatest students, the event was the perfect kickoff to the semester.
To our ๐๐ฆ๐ก ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฏ๐ฌ: welcome aboard! We canโt wait to watch you ๐ฐ๐ป๐ธ๐, ๐ต๐ฎ๐ช๐ป๐ท, ๐ช๐ท๐ญ ๐ต๐ฎ๐ช๐ญ ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฑ ๐ซ๐ธ๐ฝ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ด๐ฒ๐ต๐ต ๐ช๐ท๐ญ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ช๐ป๐ฝ.โจ
