The Communication Arts Division students held their Educational Tour 2025 at Puntabelle Resort and Farm Adventure Hermosa, Bataan on December 6, 2025.

The educational tour highlighted different team building activities such as ground activities that develops studentsโ€™ teamwork and strategic skills, the cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR training wherein they were taught the correct way to perform CPR procedure, and lastly, the water survival activity, where they were taught the correct way to use and wear a life vest correctly as well as the forming of a circle in the water for them to be noticed by the rescuers.

This educational tour has been a fun and learning experience that the students will never forget and will be one of the most memorable tours that they share with each other.

The Communication Arts Division proudly bagged the Best Booth Award at the LCC Book Fair 2025, scoring an impressive 99%. Held in celebration of Literacy Month with the theme โ€œCelebrating Literacy and the Culture of LCCians,โ€ featured creative exhibits from different divisions โ€” and CADโ€™s entry, โ€œEnCADtadia,โ€ truly stood out.

Inspired by the beloved fantasy series Encantadia, the booth was designed as an enchanted book nook, where visitors explored colorful stories and ideas. With its pillars, vines, banners, and centerpiece arranged in harmony, the booth invited guests into a magical space that celebrated the beauty of literature.

Visitors also enjoyed the Jumbled Words Game, testing their literacy skills, while CAD recruiters and entertainers โ€” dressed as the Sangres โ€” brought the booth to life and made the experience unforgettable.

True to CADโ€™s resourceful spirit, the booth featured eco-friendly and budget-smart materials: pillars made of cartons, preloved books, scrapbooks from old magazines, and repurposed outputs of AB English students. Fairy lights, recycled artworks, and faux plants enhanced the enchanted atmosphere, proving that creativity can stand out even with simple materials.

This victory was made possible through the guidance of Program Head Mr. Gaudencio B. Ferido II, together with Prof. Rey David, Prof. Alta Dee P. David, and Prof. Michelle D. Oso, the creativity of the Elite Lingua Blazers Officers, and the hard work of the CAD Literacy Month Committees.

Most of all, the participation of AB English students and the warm response of students across divisions made this win even more meaningful.

With unity, creativity, and resourcefulness, the Communication Arts Division shows that literacy can indeed be celebrated in the most magical ways.

This month, we celebrate how literacy allowed us to bond with others and better perceive the world around us. This literacy month's theme, โ€œCelebrating Literacy and the Culture of LCCiansโ€ reminds us that reading and writing are more than just the skills needed for an effective communication but they also reflect who we are as LCCians, showing our creativity, values, and identity as a community. Through this celebration, we recognize the knowledge and experiences that continue to shape who we are as a true LCCian. Let's continue to use literacy to further enhance our creativity and highlight our culture with pride.
