✨ SIKAD YOUTH MOVEMENT LAUNCHING 2025 ✨

The SIKAD Youth Movement was more than just a gathering—it was a movement of action, determination, and progress. 💪💡

With the theme “Dream, Act, Create Changes Together,” the event reminded every young person and student leader that change will not start tomorrow—it starts today, it starts with us. 🌟 Small actions may seem simple, but they create big and lasting differences.

The spirit of SIKAD calls every leader to move, serve, and lead while staying true to the wisdom of those who guide us—our parents, mentors, and faith. 💖 Instead of pulling each other down, like crab mentality, we were challenged to lift each other up and face problems by working on solutions rather than complaining. True leaders don’t just talk; they contribute. 💼✨

A powerful highlight of the seminar was the talk on Servant Leadership by 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗼. He reminded everyone that power will fade, but purpose remains. Leadership is not about position or titles—it is about influence, service, and love. 💜🙌

He shared four marks of a true leader:
1️⃣ Listen before you lead – Leaders make sure every voice is heard.
2️⃣ Lift others up – Real leaders build people, not egos.
3️⃣ Lead by example – People follow actions, not titles.
4️⃣ Love sacrificially – At the heart of servant leadership is love and the willingness to serve.

Drawing wisdom from 1 Timothy 4:12 and Matthew 20:26-28, we were inspired to preserve purity, stay faithful in small things, and remember that leadership is not about the spotlight—it’s about serving those hidden in the shadows. 🌌💡

The SIKAD Launching 2025 left every participant with a renewed sense of purpose: to lead with humility, to act with courage, and to create changes that truly matter—starting today. 🚀💖

✨💻 Another milestone achieved! Last August 17, at 4:00 PM via Google Meet, the ATOMS (BS Office Management) and CELESTIA (Business Administration) came together for a meaningful program orientation. 🌟

The session showcased highlights of the past school year’s events, shared possible activities for this A.Y., and proudly presented the achievements of both organizations 🎉👏.

One of the main highlights was the Pre-Orientation of Field Familiarization headed by our very own Dean Michelle Naig✨—preparing and guiding students for the exciting journey ahead. ✈️
