The highest and the umbrella organization of all the student organizations; it shall be known as the City College of San Jose del Monte - Supreme Student Council that shall be the official and only Student Government of the institution representing the studentry; it shall empower and give opportunities to utilize and improve leadership potential among students.​

MISSION:​

City College of San Jose Del Monte - Supreme Student Council with its commitment to fulfilling with integrity, honor, responsibility, its functions to best serve the studentry and the institution. The City College of San Jose Del Monte - Supreme Student Council aims to:​

• Initiate, implement, and complete projects and activities that will be of help for the betterment of the institution, the studentry, the faculty, the administration, the Board Trustees, and the community. ​

• Govern, facilitate, supervise, and guide all the student organizations of the Institution.​

• Encourage the studentry to participate in socio-academic, community service, and extracurricular activities;​

• Empower students and provide opportunities for improvement and utilization of leadership virtues.​

• Improve and strengthen understanding between and within the studentry through interaction and communication;​

• Encouraging proper dissemination of factual information and democratic educational discourse.​

• To develop not only leadership virtues within the studentry but also for servant-leadership for the community, state, and nation and the future generation. ​
