On March 21, 2025 the Officers and Members of the ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐
๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐จ๐ฐ๐บ๐ฌ) had the honor of being invited to the event entitled ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ค๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง: ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ค ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ข๐๐ง๐ฌ, ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ค ๐๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐รฑ๐ข๐จ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, held at the auditorium of the City College of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. This significant event was proudly organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES) in collaboration with the Business Development Office head by Mr. Ronald D. Soriano. It served as a platform for showcasing the creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit of the students of CCSJDM.
The program commenced with warm and welcoming opening remarks from Dr. Leilani Cusack, SBAA Dean setting the tone for the event. Her words emphasized the importance of nurturing entrepreneurial skills among students and encouraged them to take pride in their ingenuity. This was followed by an inspiring special message from Dr. Roger S. Ambida, the esteemed President of the City College of San Jose del Monte. Dr. Ambida highlighted the crucial role of young entrepreneurs in shaping the local economy and promoting sustainable community development.
To further elevate the event, two distinguished professors from the Business Administration Department of Bulacan State University โ Sarmiento Campus were invited to serve as judges. ๐ซ๐. ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ถ. ๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐๐, and ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ณ. ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ด๐ฉ๐จ, ๐ฉ๐บ๐ฌ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐, brought their academic expertise and professional insights to the table. Their presence added credibility and depth to the evaluation process, offering constructive feedback and motivation to the student participants.
The competition showcased an innovative, sustainable, and culturally inspired products developed by the students. Among the featured products were Bar Dishwashing Soap, Bukoron, Cocoalnut Briquettes, Fruity Peel Gummies, Math Playing Cards, Kalabasa Halaya, Ketcharrot, Pizzanada, Sliswings Bag, and Watermelon Jam.
The event concluded on a heartfelt closing remarks from Prof. Jonathan Magallanes, BSE Program Coordinator CCSJDM and alumnus of Bulacan State University โ Sarmiento Campus. In his message, Prof. Magallanes expressed his appreciation for the studentsโ hard work and encouraged them to pursue their entrepreneurial goals with determination and confidence. He emphasized how events like these play a pivotal role in developing future business leaders who will contribute to the progress of their communities and beyond. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to represent our institution and grow through meaningful exposure such as this.
