The Third Year Food Processing Technology students of Bulacan State University โ Sarmiento Campus successfully conducted the NC II Food Processing Training Seminar entitled โEnhancing Skills in Food Processingโ on January 24 and 31, 2026, held at Room 201, Building B.
The training seminar was led by Ms. Wenny B. Cabantog as Lead Trainer, with Ms. Joan Mae D. Relampagos as the Assistant Trainer. The activity aimed to provide participants with hands-on training and practical knowledge in essential food processing techniques aligned with TESDA NC II standards.
Throughout the seminar, participants actively engaged in various learning sessions covering food preservation methods, food safety and sanitation, packaging techniques, and basic quality control practices. The hands-on activities enabled students to enhance their technical skills while gaining real-world experience in food processing operations.
The successful completion of this training seminar highlights the commitment of the students and facilitators to promoting skills development, industry readiness, and excellence in food processing education.
